With the demand for locally grown meat increasing, Westerly Packing has decided to approach this demand head-on. We have purchased a local Farm and we are now raising our own beef and pigs. All Natural Meat means just that - all natural. No hormones, no antibiotics, and no additives. At "Raised Right Farm" (our farm’s name) we raise the animals humanely, where they are free to roam and graze daily. You can purchase the beef either whole or by the half, and have it cut to your specifications. We also sell all natural steaks and hamburger by the pound in our store. Our farm-raised pigs can be purchased whole and cut to your specifications. Meat will be freezer-wrapped and ready to take home.
Calling All Farmers!!! If you are raising your own animals and need them butchered - just call. Westerly Packing works in conjunction with a Rhode Island slaughter house. We can cut and freezer-pack your animals for you. Westerly packing is also the exclusive butcher shop to the Rhode Island Live Stock Association. We can help you get USDA inspection to sell your farm-raised animals at local farmer's markets and other locations.
